Fraud Prevention in Refund Requests

All refund requests are subject to fraud prevention checks. This includes verifying the IP address, device information, and purchase history associated with the order.

  • Refund requests flagged for potential fraud will be reviewed in detail, and additional information may be requested to verify the legitimacy of the claim.
  • If a refund request is deemed fraudulent, it will be denied and further action may be taken, including reporting to relevant authorities.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days from the approval date.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.

Trial Period

Visual InfoSystems Pvt. Ltd. offers a 14-day free trial for new users, during which they can explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform along with a 14-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on).

Since no credit card is required to start the trial and users are not charged, no refund is applicable during the trial period. If you feel unsatisfied, you may cancel your free trial at any time without being charged.

Subscription Services

Following the free trial, if a user subscribes to any of Visual InfoSystems Pvt. Ltd.'s paid services, they are ineligible to receive a refund.

The free trial is provided to ensure that users try out all services and decide whether to continue. If the user has subscribed to any Visual InfoSystems plan, they are not eligible for a refund. They may cancel their subscription to ensure they are not charged in the next billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and charges are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and costs incurred to deliver them:

  • Visual InfoSystems Plan subscription charges (monthly or annual).
  • WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs).
  • Add-ons or any third-party integrations.
  • One-time Chatbot development fees and other one-time setup payments.

Technical Issues

If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Visual InfoSystems' support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Visual InfoSystems' discretion.

To initiate a technical issue refund request, please contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots or recordings where possible, so our team can verify and expedite the review.

Unauthorized Charges

In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact Visual InfoSystems support immediately. If such claims are verified, Visual InfoSystems will issue a full refund.
